Brownie in a Cup

Hello loves! Welcome again for a new post! Today I have a recipe for you, one of my favorites and arguably the easiest one I know. It’s brownie in a cup, one of the best deserts EVER!

It is inspired from Inspired Taste and their brownie in a mug recipe (as you can probably tell from the title…) which I changed the recipe a bit to fit my taste. It’s great for college students to make in the dorm and for a quick, warm desert for the last winter nights…

Brownie In A Cup

You’ll need:

  •  4 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup floor

Instructions:

Step 1: In a microwave-safe cup, mix well the milk, the oil and the sugar.
Step 2: Then, using a strainer, sift the flour and the cocoa and put them in the mix. Blend everything well.
Step 3: Put the cup in the microwave for 5 full minutes.

Tips:

If it’s already too hot in your area for a brownie, top it with vanilla ice cream and enjoy the spring and sun!

Waiting for your comments, Ella
